There's been a lot of unrest in our little town - within the city politics, the chamber of commerce, the closing of many businesses, and across social media. We are tired of it and want to help turn it around.
Join us for an open and respectful community conversation about where we are, how we got here, and where we go next. Hosted by fellow Palmer residents from all walks of life, this evening is about listening, sharing, and reconnecting—not debating.
We’ll start by grounding in shared agreements and a few stories about what makes Palmer special. Then, we’ll open the floor for community input—what brings you here, what divides us, and what we hope to build together. No yelling. No posturing. Just honest conversation.
All are welcome, but kindness is required.
This is a space to speak from your experience, not at others. If you’ve been feeling disheartened by division or discouraged by negativity, we invite you to come be part of something different.
