Our Chefs have paired 6 scratch-made courses utilizing as much local flavor and ingredients as possible in each dish then cooked and served with their corresponding barrel aged beer (listed below).

5:30 - 9:00 - 6 course "Fusion Dance" Dinner and Plenty of Beer!
- First course is a Miso ginger matzo ball soup in a rich and savory chicken broth. Paired w/ "Persephone", a Melomel Mead w/ Peaches and poly-floral honey, aged in an Alaskan wheat whiskey barrel from Anchorage Distillery - 11.4%
- Second course is a Watermelon, cucumber and feta salad with toasted sesame seeds and seaweed. Paired w/ "Fo’ Paws", an Imperial Schwarzbier was aged in an Ezra Brooks bourbon barrel - 9%
- Third course is a Shakshouka khachapuri; Tomato stew and poached fresh duck egg served on cheese filled flatbread. Paired w/ "Fatty Lumpkin", an Imperial American Stout was aged in a Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel - 8.5%
- Fourth course is a Refreshing and savory cucumber and umeboshi granita. Paired w/ "Friar Squatch", a Belgium Strong Ale aged for 6 months in a Wild Turkey barrel - 10%
- Fifth course is a Szechuan pepper crusted filet mignon with gremolata glass noodles and a gorgonzola cream sauce. Paired w/ "The Ambassador: Parliament of Funk", a Strawberry-Rhubarb Lambic aged for 12 months in BHB's Oldest Sour Hungarian Oak Barrel, lovingly known as "The Garbage Can" - 7.5%
- Sixth course is a Gajar ka halwa; Rich shredded carrots and cardamom truffles atop a creamy coconut mousse. Paired with "Velvet Elvis: Hound Dog", an Imperial stout Chocolate Coconut Stout aged for 5 months in a Caribou Crossing Canadian whiskey barrel - 10%
