Release Therapy is not your average boxing class. Set within the calm, healing environment of The WOW Flower Project, this non-contact workshop offers youth a powerful outlet for their emotions through movement, breath-work, and grounded discipline.

🌾 Why We Train Among the Flowers:

Nature provides a natural mirror for healing and growth. Just as plants thrive with patience and attention, our young people need spaces that allow them to express, regulate, and reset—especially during times of change or challenge. Being rooted in an agricultural setting allows them to reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and the earth.

⚠️ Important & Behavior Information:

You must with our WOW , or your spot will not be held.

This is a focused therapeutic space. Youth must be ready to stay with the class, follow instructions, and refrain from running around or disengaging. To support empowerment and independence, this is a drop-off event. If your child is not quite ready to participate independently, we recommend waiting for a future offering. Parents may wait in the lobby area if needed.

🛑 Doors will be locked promptly at 5:00 PM to preserve the therapeutic flow of the session. No late arrivals or walk-ins will be permitted.
