Release Therapy "Boxing" (2nd class in July)

It's July, and summer is in full swing! ☀️ Whether your child is on break or tackling summer school, they can find an amazing outlet with FREE Release Therapy at The WOW Flower Project.

We offer this incredible program twice a month right here in East Palmdale. Our Release Therapy focuses on non-contact boxing skills, providing a dynamic and empowering way for kids to channel energy and manage stress.

Our instructor is truly dedicated to helping our commUNITY. His passion shines through in every session, creating an inspiring and supportive environment for all participants.

These sessions are popular, and spots fill up fast! We only have 20 spots available per class, so don't delay.
