Connection + Sound: An Evening of Attunement

We’re back for our second event and this time, the theme is attunement.

Can you first notice what’s happening inside, attuning to yourself, before extending that awareness outward to others? What becomes possible when we include others in our awareness to create a shared, resonant experience?

We’ve created this space through the lens of curiosity—a gentle invitation to land, connect, and get to know one another in a natural, playful way, simply by being ourselves.

We'll begin with interactive partner and group exercises to help you feel more present, seen, and connected—guided by Danielle from The-Frequency, a trained Authentic Relating facilitator and sound healer.

This evening will be somatically focused, using not just our words, but also our bodies to connect and relate.

We’ll close with a 45-minute vibrational sound bath to rest, reset, and integrate our time together.
