Connection + Sound
Saturday, July 5th, let’s slow down together for two hours of connection and sound.
We wanted to create a space through the lens of curiosity — a chance to land and get to know one another in an easy, playful way, simply by being ourselves.
We’ll begin with interactive partner and group exercises to help you feel more present, seen, and connected — guided by Danielle from The-Frequency, a trained Authentic Relating facilitator and sound healer.
Then we’ll wind down with a 45-minute vibrational sound bath to rest, reset and integrate our time together.
Donations are welcomed but not expected.

Info: Lay back and relax as vibrations from the Sun Gong, large crystal bowls and more wash over you - allowing your body and mind to release tension and rest.
