Welcome! I’m Nathalie Vin—artist, teacher, and lifelong mosaic enthusiast. For over 25 years, I’ve created mosaic art for exhibitions across Europe and the USA and completed public commissions that enliven both private interiors and urban facades.
Now, I invite you into my bright studio gallery in central Palma de Mallorca to experience the meditative joy of mosaic-making firsthand.
Why I Teach
There’s nothing quite like the moment when you feel that first tessera (click) home in place. Watching colour and pattern emerge beneath your fingers is deeply satisfying—and completely personal. My goal is to guide you through the fundamentals of design, then step back so your own vision can take flight.
I’ll share my favourite studio tips—from flawless grout lines to rich colour blends—and show you how to turn every surprise into a highlight.
What You’ll Learn
• Cutting & Shaping: Sculpt glass, ceramic and natural stone with nippers and wheeled tools.
• Design & Layout: Arrange tesserae so they flow together, guiding the eye and creating harmony.
• Colour & Texture: Play with contrasts—shine vs. matte, sharp angles vs. soft curves—to make your piece sing.
Hands-On Guidance: I’m by your side all day, but you bring only your lunch and an apron; I supply every tool and tile.

Two-Day Workshop: €210 per person
One-Day Workshop: €110 per person
