Prenatal Circle

This is a safe and welcoming space for expecting moms to gather, share, and cultivate community.

This group is led by Julia Ghobrial, the founder of Motherhold. She is a registered nurse, yoga teacher, and mother. Our hour together will hold space for whatever the group of the day requires: from conversation to meditation.

Non-mobile babies are welcome, but we kindly ask that strollers are not brought into the studio.
