✨ REST CLUB: Pause and Reset- An Afternoon of Deep Rest & Rejuvenation with Beth & Oden using Yin Yoga and Sound Healing.
Join our monthly reset, where you get the chance to deeply, deeply relax your body, mind and spirit. This session is suitable for everyone, and especially great if you have been recovering from an injury, feel overwhelmed, feel burnt out or just need time to chill.
Everybody is welcome, even if you are not a regular yoga practitioner/ haven't done anything like this before!

🧘♀️ Yoga for deep relaxation – Beth will guide you through Restorative & Yin Yoga postures designed to calm your nervous system (all floor-based, beginner-friendly, fully supported with props).
🎶 Sound Healing Journey – Oden will take you on a 60-minute transcendental sound journey as you relax into Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), featuring:

✔️ A bolster or 2 firm pillows
✔️ Something to cover your eyes during relaxation (optional)
✔️ Warm, comfy clothes (you won’t be moving much, and the aircon can be chilly!)
