Stress Reduction & Resilience: Find Calm, Release Anxiety | Special Workshop
Feeling overwhelmed, tense, or anxious? Calm Within is a gentle, supportive workshop designed to help you release stress, ease anxiety, and build emotional resilience through mindful, body-based practices.
Guided by a licensed therapist, this experience weaves together gentle yoga poses to release tension in the neck, shoulders, and back; somatic techniques including EFT tapping; calming breathwork; visualization; and mindfulness practices to support nervous system regulation. We’ll also create space for reflection and group discussion, allowing you to learn not just what helps—but why.
This workshop is both educational and experiential. You’ll be encouraged to record the practices that resonate most in a journal, or you’ll receive a handout reviewing everything we explore—creating a personalized toolkit you can return to whenever stress or anxiety arises.
Please bring a yoga mat and a journal.
