Community Circle | Nourish with Intention
Join us for this month’s Community Circle as we explore the foundations of mindful eating through the lens of yogic philosophy and Ayurvedic wisdom. This heart-centered gathering invites you to slow down and bring greater awareness to the way you nourish your body.
Together, we’ll discuss simple, practical tools to support digestion, recognize individual dosha tendencies, and create meaningful rituals around meals that cultivate calm, gratitude, and presence. The evening will gently close with a short guided meditation to help integrate intention into both body and mind.
This is an invitation to reconnect with food as nourishment—not just fuel—and to bring more consciousness and care into everyday life.
