We are honoured to invite you to a special Yin Workshop, where together we will open our hearts, release energetic blockages, and nourish the inner heart space. Through asanas, pranayama, meditation, mantra, and contemplation, we set the intention to receive deep nourishment and renewal.

This space is lovingly created to help you feel more relaxed, calm, and empowered—allowing your innate wisdom to flourish through the openness of the heart and the flow of fresh prana (life energy).

Vanessa’s offerings are rooted in the heart of ancient yogic wisdom and tradition, guiding us to explore yoga beyond the physical practice. Together, we will journey into the subtle anatomy of yoga, with the support of sacred sound as we chant the Gayatri mantra accompanied by harmonium.
