Qigong classes resume this Tuesday from 9.30-11am at the Palm Beach Aquatic Centre.

If you are looking to start the new year creating healthy habits, then Qigong is a great practice to implement into your lifestyle.

We practice breathwork, mindfulness techniques, flexibility and functional movement, and meditation.
