Breathwork Basics & Beyond

This workshop is perfect for those new to breathwork, as well as anyone looking to deepen their existing practice and understanding. Chad will lead a group discussion exploring the science of how our breath impacts both short and long-term health, nervous system regulation, and daily mood & energy. You'll also learn practical daily tools for stress reduction, clearing stuck emotion, as well as creating conscious shifts in your internal state.

The session will conclude with a 20-minute guided breathwork experience, using a blend of neutral, activating, and calming techniques to give you a firsthand experience of the powerful shifts possible through intentional breath.
