About the event

Wine and History

Jeff Pieper has worked as a horticulturist on Colorado's Western Slope for over 10 years, and in Eagle County before that. He completed a Ph. D in Horticulture at CSU and has overseen peach production systems in the Grand Valley.

Jeff is the commercial Horticulture and Natural Resource Specialist for the CSU Extension with the Tri-river Area. He'll discuss the history of the Extension in Colorado and Mesa County and current program offerings.
