Together, we expand your capacity to manage high-conflict co-parenting, protect your well-being, and create a healthy future for you and your children.

WEEK 3: 9.11. Emotional Flashbacks and Triggers
Week 4: 9.18. PTSD and Complex Trauma
Week 5: 9.25. Tools for Emotional Wellness.
Each Class is $40.
You MUST register for each class as spots are limited.
