If you’re 64 or more and looking for an educational opportunity on the topic of Medicare and Medicare supplement enrollment that won’t leave your head spinning, this class is for you! Speaker Carol Brandt, CLTC , founder of Brandt Financial Concepts, Inc., doesn’t think this subject needs to be that complicated – so she's created a new program to unbundle and simplify the process. This is an educational talk, not a sales seminar, and will not focus on any particular company or plan. Carol will share industry updates and new benefits available in Illinois for those interested in prevention, longevity and wellness within a traditional, non-Medicare Advantage plan. Certified in long-term care planning, Carol will teach us what Medicare and supplements do not cover with strategies on how to fill the gaps. Carol is a member of the MIT AgeLab Preparing for Longevity Advisory Network (PLAN) as a collaborating and contributing member researching leading innovations in health and caregiving, such as AI-powered home assistance medication adherence tools and robotics to bridge the gap between our aging population and care we may need.
