Please bring water, a towel/blanket to practice on.

🏖 We meet by the trees to the right of Edem Cafe. (Edem Tram Stop) Walk for around 50-100m away from the restaurant and you should see me. I'll take a yoga mat with me so I'm more visable but usually a towel/blanket is better for the practice.

So excited to see some old friends and meet some new ones.

Any issues finding us you can get me on messenger or whatsapp, but once class starts I won't be able to check messages.

I want this community to be accessible to all so if finances are a challenge right now, drop me a message to join at a lower or no rate (no judgement here!)
