Volunteer Training Workshop: Project Management Essentials

Council is hosting a free volunteer training workshop focusing on project management.

The workshop will provide valuable assistance and advice for community groups and volunteers to help plan and execute successful projects with confidence.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to:

• Define their project and its benefits
• Create effective project plans
• Assess and manage risks
• Build budgets and utilise project management tools
• Understand the importance of evaluations

In-person attendance for the sessions is encouraged, but online attendance is also an option.
