headspace day at Cardinia Life

headspace day is a national day of support for the mental health and wellbeing of all young Australians.

1 in 5 Australians experience a mental health issue in any given year. headspace wants to encourage young people aged 12-25yrs to take care of their mental health and seek support early.

headspace Pakenham in partnership with Cardinia Leisure invites the local community to come together to empower young people, their family and friends to take steps towards better mental health and wellbeing.

This FREE event will take place on Monday 13th October, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Cardinia Life.

Attendees will enjoy a headspace information session, free group fitness Body Balance class as well as a sausage sizzle, coffee vouchers and support services information.
