Cardinia Leisure in conjunction with Monash Health will present simple, practical ways to stay steady on your feet and prevent injuries. These sessions are full of tips to help you feel confident in everyday life:

When: Wednesday – 15th, 22nd and 29th of October
Time: 1.00pm – 2.30pm each day
Location: Cardinia Life, 4-6 Olympic Way, Pakenham

Information Series – Key Topics:

15th October – Introduction to falls and injury prevention. Physical, home safety, foot and eye care.

22nd October – Eating well as we age. The importance of good nutrition and dietary guidelines.

29th October – Improve balance, strength, and be active. Exercise tips, national guidelines and local programs.
