Slow down, embrace the changes and nurture yourself at this Mini Autumn Retreat to be held in a beautiful, woodland setting in Lochwinnoch (L.O.V.E Woodland, PA12 4DH). Autumn naturally asks us to take a step back, withdraw a little and reflect. This event is designed to deliver everything you need to feel centred, grounded and refreshed, all in the company of like minded souls!

This is the perfect time to head outdoors and bask in the wonder of Mother Nature 🌲🌳 Much of our time will be spent outdoors so please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring some waterproofs just incase! However, there is plenty of shelter and we will conclude the session in the warmth of the yurt, settling down by the cosy wood stove.
You will also need a yoga mat, blanket and pillow….we have some spare mats so please let us know if this would be helpful.
