Event Details:
• Dates/Times:
- Nov 7: 11 AM – 7 PM
- Nov 8: 10 AM – 6 PM
• Location: Ramada Inn, 624 James S. Trimble Blvd, Paintsville, KY 41240
• Cost:
- $50 per table (max 2 per vendor)
- $35 for current Johnson County Extension Homemakers as of 12/2024
Important Notes:
- Confirmation requires full payment; the first 50 confirmed vendors will receive a gift.
- Setup begins at 8 AM on Nov 7; no early access.
- Vendors must donate a door prize.
- Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis; no duplicate vendors.
Vendor Requirements:
- Bring table linens, extension cords, and display equipment.
- Cover merchandise overnight; display signs for uninspected baked goods.
- Legacy Vendors (4+ years) receive priority for location.
Accommodations:
- Electric, tables, climate control, restrooms, onsite restaurant, and hotel discounts available.
Due to limited resources, a Vendor Hospitality room is not provided; vendors should bring their own food and water. Layout may differ from previous years, and vendors will be informed of their exact spots the night before.
