Yoga Fit Fusion!

Join Erin Hill for this new WEEKLY empowering Yoga practice FOR ALL LEVELS. This class combines High Intensity Interval Training (or HIIT) with traditional Yoga Asana (postures) for optimal low-impact, cardiovascular strengthening, body toning, stretching, and detoxifying. Learn how to activate fast-twitch muscle fibers, followed by a deep stretch, and witness results and physical repair in minimal time. Each participant will be guided to work at their own pace.
