Monday AM Yoga:
Our lives are in a constant state of flux and change. This practice meets you where you are in the moment to help us shift towards a more balanced state. We will utilize a variety of styles of yoga, movement practices and breathwork to address your needs each week. Modifications and the use of props are taught to further personalize your practice to fit your unique needs.
