Lake Erie College's Turf Field Ribbon Cutting

Lake Erie College is hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for our new turf field, made possible by the generous $1.5 million grant from the Lake County Board of Commissioners. This field will serve as the home for many of our Storm Athletic teams and is a transformative addition to our campus.

Event Details:
Date: Thursday, September 4, 2025
Time: Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 3:00 p.m.
Location: Lake Erie College Turf Field
Parking: Please use the Fine Arts Center Lot or Holden Parking Lots.

Additional Festivities:

Food Trucks: Open at 1:00 p.m.
Men’s Soccer Game: 4:00 p.m.
Women’s Soccer Game: 7:00 p.m.
