Deep Stretch Yoga IS BACK!

Join Lisa Yarletts for Deep Stretch Yoga!
Class will consist of long holds and gentle transitions which allow the body to stretch and relax. Class is for all, as there are variations for all the poses.
As always, class ends with a relaxing Shavasana.
