Swim Bike Run - only £5 to take part

These opportunities are all about having fun and building your confidence. With the opportunities, we have set out the minimum distances for each element of the event. The bike and run elements are lapped, so you can do as much as or as little that want on the day. eg more experienced people can do a 200m swim, a 9K bike (6 laps of the velopark) and a 2k run which is 3 laps of our run course.

FAMILIES ENCOURAGED
Children as young as 6 (provided they can swim 25m) can take part with a responsible adult taking part with them.

You start with a pool based swim, followed by a Velopark ride on smooth, flat tarmac and a flat parkland run.
