Sacred Heart Cacao, Sufi Meditation and sound immersion retreat.

We warmly welcome you here to this wonderfully supportive, safe and loving space in the Sanctuary of the Parish Rooms. Our aim is to find inner peace and connection through the sacred heart.

We will come together in circle taking cacao in ceremony with Sally Free and myself. Sally lovingly crafts this delicious, sweet and nourishing drink of cacao. We will then guide you through a heart opening meditation before you get to experience and explore through mantra, Sufi meditation and then nesting to relax into the sounds created by Sal and I.
Our aim is to always offer you the very best of ourselves so you can be the very best if yourself.
Please bring something to make a nest, a blanket, a cushion, roll mat, warm socks etc.
Water will be provided but feel free to bring your own drinks and maybe snacks to ground you at the end of the evening.
We will happily answer any questions you have
