Intro to Growing a Complete Diet

Learn how to grow your own food at home in Hawaii to provide a fresh organic balanced diet. From land to table all the crops necessary will be covered including the basics of their: propagation, cultivation, harvest, preservation, use and recipe ideas.

Photo rich slideshow and lecture followed by a short guided tour to see most of the plants we covered in class in real life.
