This event is led by Michael Bonahan, who is a seasoned facilitator, entrepreneur, and nonprofit leader with over 30 years of experience in transformational work.
This workshop is designed for leaders, group facilitators, managers, executives, and intercultural communication professionals who work with diverse groups in medium to large settings.
-Together, we’ll explore and practice how to:
-Understand trauma-informed facilitation principles
-Take responsibility for outcomes
-Hone your presentation and delivery skills
-Prepare for common facilitation challenges
-Hold space for yourself with clarity and integrity
-Listen with curiosity, setting aside judgments and opinions
-Be fully present so that another’s experience takes center stage
-Navigate challenges or conflict without becoming “triggered”
-Stay aligned with your process intentions without losing focus
-Intervene with grace and grounded awareness
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing and bring a notebook, water bottle, and anything else you need to feel supported throughout the session.
