Tunde is committed to assisting individuals in their journey towards personal transformation, wellness, and spiritual growth. She sees it as her mission to share her knowledge and expertise with those seeking positive change and a deeper connection to themselves.
Tunde discovered the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong, Meditation practices for her physical well-being. As an Advance Instructor, she not only teaches the movements but also highlights their positive impact on the body through various programs and enjoyable classes.
In 2000, Tunde was introduced to energy healing, embarking on her journey with the Pránanadi New Method healing, which originated from Tibet. She dedicated herself to self-healing to boost her energy levels and progressed through various mastery levels, gaining invaluable techniques.
Tunde was very interested in the difference between the Prananadi and Usui Reiki methods. This is how she mastered the Usui Reiki method, which originated in Japan and became a Master-Teacher practitioner.
During her spiritual development, she studied and applies the Forensic Healing method, the Akashic Records, and Holistic Counseling Therapy in her daily practices and healing sessions to support you in releasing trauma, breaking family patterns, and guiding you on your personal journey as your mentor and healer.
