Crystal Rose is latina punk who has been practicing yoga and meditation for 15 years. Like most, she came to yoga for the physical benefits, but continued for the emotional and mental benefits. Yoga allowed her to breath deeper, reduce anxiety and increase her focus, both on the mat and in life. She has a passion for Ayurvedic Self Care and all things Lunar.She's all about making yoga acessible to POC and Alternative Folks who may be scared away from trying it because they don’t fit the stereotypical mold for a yoga practitioner.
