What is ChuckWalks?ChuckWalks is a wellness service that manifested from the life experiences of its leading guide and founder Chuck Thomas. ChuckWalks was personally crafted by Chuck and is based on the training and teachings provided by the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership (KSMOL). Graduates of KSMOL are recognized as certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guides (KMOG) and guide folks on nature-based Mindful Outdoor Experiences (MOE).ChuckWalks’ purpose is simply to invite folks of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds on an adventure into the natural world and guide them through proven mindfulness techniques. The intention is to help them disconnect from their stresses and reconnect with all that Nature has to offer
