Founded by Shannon Luo, Tao's Taiji Association is a non profit organization with the mission to help the awareness among the American general public and the school system on the benefits from practicing Taiji and to provide educational information about Taiji and the right way of learning Taiji.
Shannon, a silver model winner in 2018, is passionate about Taiji (Tai Chi).
Shannon has practiced over nine years of Taiji as well as XingYi and BuGua Zhang, all three traditional Chinese internal martial arts, under Master ZhenKang Sun. She brings traditional Taiji learning with modern experience to help active individuals find the inner peace, strengthen physical and mental health, reduce stress and sharpen the mind and the focus through correct and persistent practices.
Shannon devotes her efforts to Tao's Taiji Association, a PA non profit organization, and to help American public and school system in the area realizing the health benefits from Taiji (Tai Chi) practices.
