Kat Nelson is the founder and artistic director of Alley Kat Adventures - an Austin-based event design boutique with a presence in 30 cities in the US and Mexico. Kat's cohosts range from actors to teachers to pre-med students, etc. Originally from the Carolinas, Kat is naturally hospitable! She is also a freelance event specialist and a SAG actress with principal TV, film and national commercial/print credits. In addition, she is a former teacher (of 14 years) with a MED and a National Board certification. Prior to launching her own business, Kat has led marketing teams for countless brands, such as Facebook, NVIDIA, and Avid. Hilarious locals open the shows and laughter ensues.For the first 6 months of the show - after 10 years at Emory's on Silver Lake - we've averaged 400+ patrons and are looking to grow it to a level that requires us to use all 800 seats in the house.Join us for an upcoming show!
