About the Venue:
The Barns at Hamilton Station Vineyards is a family owned and operated winery housed on a refurbished dairy farm located just off of Route 7 in the quaint, historic town of Hamilton, Virginia only ten minutes from historic Leesburg. Beginning with carefully selected Virginia grapes, winemaker Michael Shaps creates wines inspired in the Bordeaux French style, but are uniquely expressive of Virginia. Eleven breathtaking acres surround a beautifully restored 1910 stone and wood bank barn, which has been transformed into a unique tasting room.
About the Duo:
Mandolin Mike Slusser is a talented and gifted mandolin player and multi-instrumentalist with over three decades of experience under his belt. Mike has established himself as a virtuosic and versatile player who is equally at home playing traditional bluegrass tunes or exploring more contemporary genres, while singing lead and harmony vocals.
Linda Null is a dynamic and soulful vocalist with a loyal following in South Central PA as well as Northern VA. With a voice reminiscent of Etta James and Janis Joplin, she sings lead, plays keys and guitar, and also joins Mike to create exquisite vocal harmonies.
