2025 Annual General Meeting

We're holding our 2025 Annual General Meeting on 22 October at the Pukerua Bay RSA and Community Club.

- Adoption of the Minutes from 2023 Annual General Meeting
- Adoption of Financial report
- Adoption of Annual report of the Chair and committee including
reports on:
• He Ara Pukerua
• Community Garden and Food Forest
• Climate Action Rōpū
• Kōrero

- General business
- Election of Executive Committee members

We're a small group of volunteers and we need fresh ideas and help to improve our impact on your community. Let’s face it, many local volunteers span a few organisations.

You don't need special skills or loads of time. Maybe you're passionate about protecting our environment, interested in local planning or simply want to stay informed. It's a great way of getting involved in your community.

Everyone who lives in Pukerua Bay or who owns property here can become a member by joining the Association and is very welcome to come to any of our meetings.
