💨 What is Breathwork?

😮‍💨Breathwork is a conscious, intentional practice that supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep soul connection. Through the breath, we access and clear suppressed emotions, stagnant energy, and subconscious patterns-making space for transformation, clarity, and embodiment. It's not just a practice—it's a return to your true essence.

🌕 The Full Moon shines a light on what is ready to be completed, witnessed, and released. Emotions rise to the surface, clarity emerges, and the soul calls for integration.

🤍Cathy Arbeiter will guide you in this breathwork and guided meditation session. The first half focuses on letting go of old stories, emotional baggage, trauma imprints, and shadow patterns like overgiving, self-sabotage, and unworthiness. The second half invites you to realign-anchoring into wholeness, soul clarity, and the embodied frequency of who you are becoming.
