Ben Cipolla has cemented his reputation as ‘one to watch’ on the UK music scene, captivating audiences with his effortlessly joyous performances and knack for crafting irresistibly catchy songs. Known for his warm, sun-dappled sound, Cipolla continues to evolve as a songwriter, weaving new stories and influences into his music.
Currently working on his next album, Cipolla builds on the success of his previous release, Casa Mia, which explored his deepening connection to his Sicilian heritage. His new project promises to further showcase his signature blend of jazz-infused melodies, soulful vocals, and heartfelt lyricism.
Born and raised in Wiltshire and now based in Bristol, Cipolla has garnered airplay on BBC Introducing, BBC Radio 1, and BBC Radio 2. His impressive live performances have seen him support respected artists such as Edgelarks and Ninebarrow, perform at the BBC Swing Jazz Prom at the Royal Albert Hall with Clare Teal, and share lineups with the likes of Gregory Porter at the Cheltenham Jazz Festival. He has also appeared at Manchester Jazz Festival, WOMAD, and Shambala Festival, further solidifying his place as an exciting and dynamic artist on the rise.
