From March 2nd through March 8th, you can try our wellness services, recovery tools, and classes at no cost. No pressure. No commitment. Just space to explore what supports your body and nervous system.
During Free Week, you’ll have access to:
• Infrared Sauna
• Red Light Therapy
• PEMF Mat
• Leg Compression Therapy
• Select In-Person Massages (available on designated days)
• All of our in-house classes like yoga, breathwork, C.A.L.M. kids, and guided meditation
• Men’s Group and Women’s Circle
