Back to Wild : Fire and Ice

Come join the Back to Wild pack on May 23rd for a wildly fun and mentally stimulating afternoon at Asilomar State Beach. Learn to embody the power of the ocean and the wildness of fire. This is a mens only event. Sorry Ladies.

We will band together to support one another as we push past our self-imposed barriers, both physically and mentally. If you're looking to raise the bar for what you think you can do, this is the event for you.

Come ready to explore the outer edges of your comfort zone in a safe and supportive environment. Enjoy the warm camaraderie of brotherhood as we all step into expansion and limitless potential within.

You will leave thinking, "If I can do this, what else could I do?"

This event is for MEN who are feeling stressed and need a break from routine, and who want to:

• Push their mental limits.
• Step into the next, most powerful versions of themselves.
• Embody their wild nature to expand in every aspect of their lives.
• Test themselves as men.
• Cultivate the necessary grit to win the mental game.
• Release the burden of being the "lone wolf".

Participants will experience, but not be limited to:

• A feeling of expanded possibilities for their life.
• Physical empowerment.
• Genuine human connection.
• A new sense of what is possible.
• Sharing new tools to cope with anything.
• The fun of the unknown.

This 4-hour event will include:

• Guided breathwork
• Heat exposure
• Cold exposure
• Emotional support environment
• Yoga
• Meditation
• Tacos
• Plant medicine (optional)
• And much more!
