8 AM: Ocean Scavenger Hunt
o The quiz will be delivered to your room on September 5th. You'll have one full day to complete it!
4:30 PM: Fun & Refreshments!
o Enjoy snacks and refreshments while kids join in fun activities and entertainment.
o Guests submit quiz answers in the Great Room area for a chance to win prizes and souvenirs (like a Turtle Keychain or Marriott Travel Bag)!
5 PM: Education & Excitement!
o Close for answer submission.
o Learn more about sea turtle conservation through a special talk with WildAid.
o Join our Lucky Draw, exciting prizes, and the announcement of the four winners who get to name the turtles!
🗓️ September 8th, 2025: Turtle Release Day at Merlin Beach! (At the Reef Center)
9 AM: Educational Talk & Meet the Turtles!
o Guests will join an educational talk on sea turtles and coral reefs, with the chance to see real turtles up close and learn about their anatomy, presented by the Mai Khao Marine Turtle Foundation.
9:30 AM: The Grand Release!
o Our Cluster General Manager and the four lucky winners will help return the young turtles to the sea in a truly heartwarming special release!
Why this matters: These precious turtles were rescued by the Royal Thai Navy from the Similan Islands, where rising sea levels threatened their nests. They've been nurtured by the Phuket Marine Biological Center and Mai Khao Marine Turtle Foundation, and now, they're strong and ready!
