Tekau's Heart Memorial Foundation 5KRun/1 Mile Walk

The Tekau's Heart Memorial Foundation, Inc, invites the members of the DC Capital Striders to come out and support our event, the Tekau's Heart Memorial Foundation 5KRun/1 Mile Walk at the Woodrow Wilson Bridge trail USATF Certified course on Sat. Sept. 13, 2025. This event supports the mission of our non-profit organization to raise awareness about Heart Health and Heart Conditions, with a focus on teens and young adults. Please share the attached flyer and the link below to the run promo video with your club's participants. Participants can register for the event at our website www.tekausheart.org and click on Event Registration. In addition, there is a short video below with information about our organization.
