Good news - VCCDC is that one-stop-shop where you can get all the homebuying basics directly from experts in the industry including information on homebuying assistance programs you may not know exist. Join us for our HUD-approved Homebuyer Education Workshop led by our HUD-certified Homeownership Specialists trained to guide attendees through the complex homebuying process to learn about:
- credit
- budgeting
- mortgage lending
- down payment assistance programs
- the real estate process
- home inspections
- home insurance
- first time homebuyer loans
- and more!
