We’re heading into the woods for 90 minutes of good movement, fresh air, and full-body feel-good energy. Think: a 5K-ish walk through Bagley Wood with toning stops and optional kit to spice it up.
We’ll bring resistance bands, ankle weights, and dumbbells for anyone who wants to use them — but you don’t need to bring or use anything. Just yourself, comfy shoes, and maybe a bottle of water.
It’s movement, not madness. And you’ll feel so much better after.

Optional kit: resistance bands, leg weights & light dumbbells (we’ll have some to share)
