Beautiful moments gathering in nature through the senses on the last Sunday of each month. Connect the nervous system and discover levels of attunement with nature’s rhythms. Discover the vitality of moving as part of the natural world to remember the wild nature, breath and dance of the body in the flow of life. Discover the stillness of the body and land, listening to a greater sense of timing and season: rest and restore your body, mind and spirit.

Wear all weather comfortable clothes, the park is a little hilly so good shoes are advisable.

Meet at the main double gates in the small car park off London Rd just up from St Clements and the junction with Marston Road.
