We return once again to our fantastic hosts The Tap Social Movement in Oxford for more Antweight mayhem! As a reminder for the style of event we are striving for: it's meant to be casual and competitive in equal measure, with the emphasis on stick time. Good sportsmanship is valued. We are rookie-friendly and actively encourage new entrants.
*Details*:
Entry fee is £5 per roboteer (to cover arena maintenance and equipment expenses), payable on sign-up.
We know budget is always a concern - but we must ask you to be generous to our hosts Tap Social and please refrain from eating your own food/drink on site (water and snacks are fine) if you are able to. The reason we're able to offer the event at only £5 is because Tap Social don't charge us for the venue which is very generous of them - but it is with the expectation of being able to supply food and drink to the good people. Please thank them with your coin if you are able and thank you for your understanding.

Entries are capped at 50 bots so don't wait too long! Entries: Limited to 2 bots per person, 5 fights minimum each.

Tech check opens at 10am and closes at 10.45am
**Main tournament fighting starts at 11am SHARP, unfortunately arrivals later than 10.45am will not be eligible for the tournament!**
Please park at the nearby Seacourt Park and Ride, if you do find parking on the industrial estate please remember to register your number plate on the tablet at TAP or you will get a gigantic fine (like I did, oops).

The Gauntlet!
It’s the assault course that assaults back! You have 1 minute to get from one end of the course to the other via an array of hazards, as well as our House Robots; Karen, Shove-It and Glam Metal! Furthest distance or fastest time wins! We encourage you strongly to participate!
*The League* (Of Extraordinary Robots)
Your best 3 events of the year will count towards your final ranking. There will be 4 events total. We hope you'll come to all 4, but sometimes life gets in the way of robot destruction so we wanted to give a little flexibility.
