We are hosting a launch event to introduce the production to members as well as potential auditionees and crew members.
It will be an opportunity to hear about the play and the artistic vision that will shape the production as well as meeting the directing team.
You will get to hear more about the characters and how the ensemble will work. Because of the unique nature of the cast, there will be an explanation of the two strand audition process:
Workshop Auditions for the Women of Canterbury ensemble
Traditional Auditions and Recall (by invitation) for the named characters
We will also explain the rehearsal process and timings so that you can see the level of commitment involved.
If you are interested in getting involved behind the scenes, we will also introduce you to the staging, visual and technical side of the production.
Of course, there will be plenty of opportunities for questions and discussions as well as some light refreshments.
Murder in the Cathedral is a fantastic play and hopefully you will leave the event feeling enthused about getting involved.
If you aren't able to join us, we will share the PowerPoint presentation so that you can get all the key information.
And, of course, if you have any questions beforehand, please reach out to the director at
