Headington Quarry Boxing Day Mummers' Play

The Headington Quarry Morris Dancers will be performing the traditional Boxing Day Mummers' Play on Fri 26th December 2025. The play will be performed outside the following pubs in Headington Quarry: 11:15 Crown and Thistle (pub now closed); 12:15 The Six Bells ; 13:00 The Chequers (pub now closed) and 13:45 The Mason's Arms. The team will also dance, sing The Wassail Song and perform a Rapper Sword Dance. The Headington Quarry Hand Bell Ringers will also perform! All are welcome!
